A production-ready digitized file is more than a pretty preview. It is a stitch path that runs clean on your machine, on the fabric you use, with minimal thread breaks and no bulk on the back.
Fabric pulls stitches inward. Without compensation, circles become ovals and letters close up. Good digitizing offsets outlines so the sew-out matches the artwork.
Underlay stabilizes the fabric and supports the top stitches. Skip it on thin logos and you get puckering; overdo it and the design feels stiff.
Density must match fabric and size. Path order reduces jumps and trims. Both matter on multi-head production runs.
At Brilliant Punching we digitize with production in mind — formats you need (DST, PES, JEF, EXP and more), free minor revisions, and a typical turnaround of 4–8 hours (up to one day if complex).
